How does a virtual skincare consultation work?

After you select your plan, you’ll fill out a brief online intake form telling us about your skin history, lifestyle and goals.

Within 72 hours of submission, you’ll receive via email:

  • A fully personalized home-care routine (PDF)
  • A lifestyle & diet guide (PDF)
  • Curated product recommendations from our Face Reality lineIf you’ve booked the Premium Video Session, you’ll also get a 30 minute live video call and extended email support.
How do product ordering and shipping work?

All recommended products—primarily Face Reality items—are drop-shipped directly to you.

  • Shipping: $7 flat rate on orders under $150; $14 flat rate on orders over $150
  • Access: “Active” treatment products will only become available in your store once your consultation is complete
  • Checkout: You’ll see shipping costs and delivery estimates in your cart before you pay.
What if I’m not satisfied?

If you’re unhappy with your initial consultation, just let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll issue a partial refund—minus the cost of the lifestyle guide—so you can feel confident in your investment.
